பாதுகாப்புச் சபையில் முதன்முறையாக இலங்கை விடயம் ஆராய்வு

ஐக்கிய நாடுகள் பாதுகாப்புச் சபையில் முதன் முறையாக இலங்கை விடயம் உத்தியோகபூர்வமாக ஆராயப்பட்டுள்ளது. இலங்கையில் பொதுமக்கள் கொல்லப்படும் வீதம் அதிகரித்துள்ளமை பற்றி அங்கு குரல்கள் எழுப்பப் பட்டுள்ளன. “இலங்கையின் வடபகுதியில் மோசமடைந்திருக்கும் மனிதநேய நிலைமைகள் குறித்துப் பாதுகாப்புச் சபையின் உறுப்பினர்கள் தமது ஆழ்ந்த கவலையை வெளியிட்டிருந்தனர். குறிப்பாக கடந்த சில நாட்களில் கொல்லப்பட்டு மற்றும் காயமடைந்தவர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை குறித்தும் பெரும் கவலையடைந்துள்ளனர்” என ஏகமனதாக வெளியிடப்பட்டிருக்கும் அறிக்கையில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. விடுதலைப் புலிகளுக்கும், இலங்கை அரசாங்கத்துக்கும் இடையிலான மோதல்கள் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டு பல மாதங்கள் கடந்துள்ள நிலையில் 15 நாடுகள் அங்கம் வகிக்கும் பாதுகாப்புச் சபையில் பல தடவைகள் உத்தியோகபூர்வமற்ற முறையில் இலங்கை விடயம் கலந்துரையாடப்பட்டிருந்தது. எனினும், முதற்தடவையாக நேற்று புதன்கிழமை உத்தியோகபூர்வமாக இலங்கை விடயம் ஆராயப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஷெல் தாக்குதல்களில் சர்வதேச செஞ்சிலுவைச் சங்கப் பணியாளர் ஒருவர் கொல்லப்பட்டிருப்பதுடன், கடந்த ஞாயிறு மற்றும் திங்கட்கிழமைகளில் நூற்றுக்காண பொதுமக்கள் ஆட்லறித் தாக்குதல்களால் கொல்லப்பட்டனர். கடந்த வார இறுதியில் இலங்கையில் பாரிய உயிரிழப்புக்கள் ஏற்பட்டிருப்பதாகத் தூதுவர்கள் சுட்டிக்காட்டியதுடன், இலங்கை விடயம் குறித்து உத்தியோகபூர்வமாக ஆலோசிப்பதற்கு ரஷ்யா, சீனா, வியட்னாம் மற்றும் லிபியா ஆகிய நாடுகள் உதவி செய்ய வேண்டுமெனவும் கூறியிருந்தனர். இலங்கை நிலைமை குறித்து பாதுகாப்புச் சபை பல்வேறு உத்தியோகபூர்வமற்ற சந்திப்புக்களை நடத்தியிருந்தபோதும், ரஷ்யா, சீனா, வியட்னாம் மற்றும் லிபியா ஆகிய நாடுகள் அதற்கு எதிர்ப்புத் தெரிவித்து வந்தன. இலங்கையில் ஏற்பட்டிருக்கும் பிரச்சினை அந்நாட்டின் உள்வீட்டுப் பிரச்சினை என அந்த நாடுகள் கூறிவந்தன. அதேநேரம், இலங்கைப் பிரச்சினை தொடர்பாக ஆராயப் பட்டிருப்பது சட்டரீதியான ஆவணமாக இல்லா விட்டாலும், ஏகமனதாக வெளியிடப் பட்டிருக்கும் அறிக்கையானது இலங்கைக்கு ஒரு அழுத்தத்தைக் கொடுக்கப்பயன்படும் என பாதுகாப்புச் சபையின் உறுப்பினர் ஒருவர் கூறியுள்ளார்.

ஏன் பாகிஸ்தானில் இந்த மனிதாபிமானிகளின் ஆசீர்வாததுடன் அரங்கேறும் “தலிபான்” நாடகம் இந்தக்குருடர்களின் கண்களுக்குத்தெரியவில்லையோ? ஆப்கானில் அமெரிக்கவின் குண்டுகள் வீழ்வது யார் தலையிலே?? காசாவும், லெபனானும் இவர்களுக்குத்தெரியவில்லையோ?
எல்லாம் நாடகம், நடிப்பு, சுத்த சுயநலம்.
தமிழர்களே, இந்த விவாதங்களால் விளையப்போவது எதுவுமில்லை! உணருங்கள்.
Many of these civilians are in fact loyal supporters, devoted to a cause that has at its core a death wish and a “suicide if caught” pledge. These are not your ordinary civilians, although there are some innocents who are the wives and children of the hard core cadres who may not willingly wish to leave the family member behind and flee to safety, or may even be forced to stay on. But these are but a few. Those who dared to leave/escape have left already. The world has to think of the group left in the NFZ as a vast rebel military unit that is facing the Sri Lankan military in final battle.
Every person killed in the LTTE-occupied sliver of land is touted by the LTTE as a “civilian”. Except for the top leaders, all others are “civilians” according to the LTTE. But all these people have taken the oath that they are ready to die for their leader. So it is high time that fact was recognized and the word “civilian” be eliminated from usage with regard to these people now. The “human shield” is part of the LTTE military apparatus. It is extremely sad, but it will be utterly incompetent if the world does not deal with this in clear and rational fashion that will allow the ruthless LTTE to be brought to its end.
The world has been accomplice to letting the LTTE that was born (in India) to thrive and grow with many Western nations ably assisting, by tacitly if not overtly encouraging the LTTE diaspora’s efforts to arm it with armaments brought from the world’s arms dealers, a major part of the world economy. There is a price to be paid for the military/industrial economies we are insidiously part of. We are seeing the fundamental nature of that killer system peaking out and Sri Lanka is the first disaster; a minor one in comparison to major catastrophe that is in store in Pakistan/Afghanistan.
The worst that could happen is for the LTTE to be able to regroup and rearm again for another round, for we have seen how each round has brought increasing ruthlessness and increasing capability to destroy, which has to be met with even better capability in order to rout it. And in the interim, its tentacles will spread far and wide and give birth to more. This simply cannot be allowed to happen. The world was complicit in creating this monster, and the world must stand together as it is brought to an end.
It is In the name of humanitarianism that this war must be allowed to end quickly just as in WWII, the end was brought with a finality and through rational recognition that the alternative would be much more disastrous.
The Sri Lankan military has been as competent as never before seen in modern conflicts, in what it has accomplished as sparingly as possible of civilian deaths. But even as the UN and other world authorities cogitate and hem and haw about the humanitarian horrors of the war’s end in Sri Lanka, and attempt to pull the reins in misguided sympathy, let not the Medusa head be allowed to regenerate.
இன்று நடைபெறும் போரில் சிங்கள ராணுவம் அதிநவீன தொழில்நுட்பத்தை பயன்படுத்துகின்றது. உதாரணத்துக்கு சொல்லப்போனால் இந்தியாவினால் வழங்கப்பட்ட 24 மணிநேர செய்மதி ஒளிப்படக்கட்டமைப்புடனும், ஆளில்லா விமானத்தின் ஒளிப்படத் துணையடனும் நீருக்கடியில் இருக்கும் ஒரு பத்திரிகையின் எழுத்துக்களை மிகவும் தெளிவாக பார்க்க முடியும். நிலமை இப்படி இருக்கையில் சிறு குழந்தை,கர்ப்பிணிகள்,வைத்திசாலை,மற்றும் யார் ஆயுதத்துடன் நிக்கிறான், யார் வெறுங்கையுடன் நிக்கிறான் எண்டு தெரியாமலா போகும் இந்த மோட்டுச் சிங்களவனுக்கு? பிரபாகரன் இருக்குமிடத்தை கண்டு பிடித்த மோடனுக்கு பொதுசனங்களும்,வைத்தியசாலையும் கண்ணுக்கு தெரியவில்லையா? எதற்காக ஐநாவின் கண்காணிப்பை ஏற்க மறுக்கிறான் ? ஏன் சுயாதீ ஊடகவியலாளர்களை அனுமதிக்கவில்லை ? அப்படியானால் சிஙகளவனுக்கு ஆமாப்போட மறுப்பவன் எல்லோரும் அவன் பாசையில் புலிகள் ? வவுனியா இடைத்தங்கல் முகாம்களுக்கு வரும் வெளிநாட்டுப் பிரதிநிதிகள், செய்தியாளர்கள் பின்னால் சிங்கள ராணுவம் குட்டி போட்ட நாய் போல சுத்துவது ஏன்? மக்களால் தெரிவு செய்ப்பட்ட தழிழ்ப்பிதிநிதிகளை சொந்த மக்களை பார்வையிட அனுமதி மறுப்பு ஆனால் ஐனாதிபதி தமிழ் கூ்ட்டமைப்பை கலந்தாலோசிக்க அழைப்பு…..? எங்கே போகிறது ஐனநா….யகம்? மடியிலை கனமி்ல்லாதவன் ஏன் பயப்படவேண்டும் ? சனல் 4 பத்திரியாளர்கள் சிங்கள கொலைகாரர்களின் தோலை உரித்துக் காட்டியதாலை அவர்௧ளை நாடுகடத்தியது.எல்லாத்தையும் உலகம் பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருக்கறது.வரவேண்டிய நேத்தலை சரியாக கால் பதிக்கும்….

இனியாவது…. அப்பன் சிங்களவனா? நீ தமிழனா? முறை தவறி பிறந்தவனா? அப்படி இப்படி எண்டு கீழ் தரமா எழுதாமல் , இப்படி எழுதுங்கள்… ஆரோக்கியமான கருத்துப்போராக இருக்கும்.. 🙂
ஆனால் புலிகள் ஏன் அந்த சிறிய பிரதேசத்தில் இருந்தது தாக்குகிறார்கள்? மூன்று கிலோ மீடர் தான் இருக்கு… அப்ப மக்களுடன் இருந்தது தானே புலிகள் தாக்குகின்றார்கள்… அது தானே இவ்வளவு இழப்பு……உண்மையில் சிங்களவன் தமிழரை அழிக்க வேண்டும் எண்டால் இன்னொரு ஜூலை கலவரத்தை கொழும்பில் செய்யலாம்… இப்படி தானும் செத்து தமிழரையும் கொல்ல வேண்டிய அவசியம் இல்லை….
